Peter Rounce has worked at the regional and executive level with companies like Hilton International, Dunkin Donuts, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Starbucks Coffee.  He has a B.Sc. in Hospitality from Florida International University.  After successfully creating and launching his Billfish Grill restaurant in February 2014, Peter is now ready to focus on the development of the new Wildfire Brand.  He is committed to the growth and success of Wildfire through consistency in execution and building strong partnerships.

Cameron and Lori Roach are proven entrepreneurs with over 14 years of success in the Aviation arena and several other industries.¬†¬†Their Golden Wings Charter company is the leader in private air travel in The Bahamas and their dedication, business acumen and passion for customer service makes them invaluable to the growth and development that Wildfire expects over the next 3 ‚Äď 5 years.

Ranieh Rounce brings with her a wealth of Human Resource and Hospitality experience, having held Corporate Regional positions in both disciplines in the local and international arenas.  Ranieh will focus primarily on hiring and talent and menu development.

As Manager of the flagship store, DeeDee Sands will focus on delivering our promise of service and food to every customer, every time.¬†¬†Having served as team leader and in store trainer at Billfish Grill, she certainly adds value to the organization through her passion, knowledge and uncompromising standard of execution.‚Äč
